Donations are welcome at any time and in any amount
The care and treatment of swifts is costly! The feeder insects (house crickets/crickets) are obtained from a breeding farm, as the required quantities (300-350 kilograms per year!) cannot be procured otherwise.
X-rays, medications, and surgeries require considerable expense.
Public relations as well as the time- and cost-intensive activities for creating new nesting sites and preserving existing breeding colonies must be financed.

In-Kind Donations
Of course, we are also happy to accept in-kind donations. A list of currently needed items and products can be found below. By clicking on the product, you will be redirected directly to Amazon.de. Of course, you are free to purchase the products from another provider as well. You do double good if you access your online shop (including Amazon) via Gooding (see right).
If you would like a "donation confirmation for an in-kind donation" (donation receipt), we need from you:
- A written declaration as to whether the item is from your private assets or business assets. As a private person, a letter with the following content is sufficient: "I declare that the [name of item] provided to the German Society for Swifts (Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Mauersegler e.V.) comes from my private assets."
- The invoice as proof of value.
